According to news.com, students at a Nigerian elementary school, 10 miles outside the nation’s capital, Abuja, are the latest benefactors of Nicholas Negroponte’s One Laptop Per Child (OLPC) program in Africa and the Middle East.
While the program is quite clearly laudable, I wonder whether it as much as scratches the surface of the Nigerian malaise.
