Ngozi Okonji Iweala’s Speech

Fantastic speech by a great daughter of Africa. We need another few thousand like her to change Nigeria for the better. She made some very good points about the potential of Africa to get herself out of its predicament, but I am afraid there is no denying the fact that the fabric of African society is endemically corrupt and greedy. There is still a lot of soul searching that needs to be done by many of our leaders. This will be a great step towards the emancipation and release of Africans crying out for economic and social justice.
Still, I am encouraged by what she has to say…

Mrs. Okonji may be my long lost neice. Does she have a sister named Gabriela Okonji. Did her father die in the United States. His name was Gabriel Okonji. He was married to my sister.
