hopefully, the need to replace poverty reduction with prosperity generation will be a central tenet of Afrikan development.
The point about open, democratic practice will be the key.
Is it possible for Mrs. Okonjo-Iweala to influence the decentralization and defederalization of business incorporation? Let the states handle that and let the same go for Electricity. That IPP policy in electric power production, distribution and marketing needs to be accelerated and modified to allow small producers.
